      • Cycle along the Thames from Weybridge to Hampton Court Palace

      • Virginia Water lake (photos)- 1.5 - 2 hours to walk around (see the totem pole, Roman ruins, polo field and waterfall) followed by a drink in the Wheatsheaf Hotel on the south-east side of the lake)

      • Painshill Park, Cobham


      • Visit one of the country pubs in the county (Thames Court at Shepperton and The Onslow Arms in West Clandon are two of many which are worth a visit)


      • Join an organised walk (currently March - end October)
